At Textile’s Dialect, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
 
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. International delivery times and rates vary depending on destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
 
Lost or Delayed Packages:

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your order. If not, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
 
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
 
To initiate a return or exchange:
Please email us at textilesdialect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
 
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
